     Why do you think there's some central "Mastodon authority" that decides which people can and cannot speak and what they can say? There's a reason why it's called a "federated network." Maybe you should learn how the software works before you use it instead of constantly playing the victim. No one but you (and maybe your instance admin) is responsible for what you see.
     
     None of this matters, though, because you probably have some histrionic mental disorder where you get off on being the victim. The only reason why you're still here is because you're getting a bunch of attention for saying some really ignorant and stupid stuff on the Internet.

     @KimCrayton1 You are free to mute instances yourself. You are also free to inform your admins, as a last resort, of instances that may violate laws or otherwise jeopardise the host where your home instance runs from. One of the points of the Fediverse (i.e. not 'Mastodon') is that you, not an algorithm, can curate your own experience. This is a feature, not a bug.
     
     You are not free, however, to enforce your ideals on those radicalised by the same things you believe in. I shall continue not being one of those 'folx' you denigrate by calling them that, in lieu of speaking correctly.
     
     In any case, I hope your experience here improves and that you find people worth conversing with. It takes time to find what works best, and I'm sure you're not the only one trying to get the balance right. It's very different to what the major social network data silos think is best for their users.
