     This has been a very informative thread.
     
     Alex is obsessed with NOSTR rn.
     Fedi is broken because mastodon.
     ActivityPub is communist (never been done right)
     Siloing is an accidental feature that works along natural human tendencies.
     NOSTR will inevitably be flooded with CP which will break it.
     There might be a market for prepackaged mini PC's running low user instances of soapbox.

     I think that too, but that won't get wide spread adoption. I think the learning curve to set up an instance is way too much.

     He's very active on nostr. I believe that his opinion on fediverse is that it's too rigid and that nostr has more potential as a distributed social network.
