     Copyright is automatic for any creative work, so unless you license it, by default it's "All Rights Reserved".
     
     I don't understand why you would make the effort to license, but then choose a proprietary one.
     
     I would not suggest infringing copyright for profit purposes, as you can easily be prosecuted for doing that.
     
     
     Most of the memes I publish are derivative of proprietary works, but that is legally permitted as such are work of parody - unfortunately it is not legally possible to apply a free license to such works.

     @gianmarcogg03 If you mean that unauthorized copying shouldn't be for profit - then you should just write that in the PSA, rather than licensing the PSA in a way that prevents it from being shared freely.
     
     Someone may want to share some free software on a flash drive, or maybe some freely licensed movies and also include that image on that flash drive - but flash drives aren't gratis, so they may want to just sell the flash drives at cost, with the data on them as a bonus - but the chosen license forbids doing that.
     
     I'm a free culture supporter - you shouldn't be forbidden from sharing a movie merely because you charge a media fee - although you should be forbidden from putting restrictions on that movie and making making it proprietary.

     That's the point of the NC part of the license, to not say that piracy should be for profit.

     @jihadjimmy @gianmarcogg03 There is enough text there that the paragraph is arguably creative enough to qualify for copyright, but it's only 1 paragraph, so you can trivially paraphrase it without any copyright permission required and then suddenly you hold the copyright.
