@gianmarcogg03 If you mean that unauthorized copying shouldn't be for profit - then you should just write that in the PSA, rather than licensing the PSA in a way that prevents it from being shared freely.

Someone may want to share some free software on a flash drive, or maybe some freely licensed movies and also include that image on that flash drive - but flash drives aren't gratis, so they may want to just sell the flash drives at cost, with the data on them as a bonus - but the chosen license forbids doing that.

I'm a free culture supporter - you shouldn't be forbidden from sharing a movie merely because you charge a media fee - although you should be forbidden from putting restrictions on that movie and making making it proprietary.
