Copyright is automatic for any creative work, so unless you license it, by default it's "All Rights Reserved".

I don't understand why you would make the effort to license, but then choose a proprietary one.

I would not suggest infringing copyright for profit purposes, as you can easily be prosecuted for doing that.


Most of the memes I publish are derivative of proprietary works, but that is legally permitted as such are work of parody - unfortunately it is not legally possible to apply a free license to such works.
