     I highly doubt this chubby woman is a harbor pilot mostly because they have to regularly climb exposed 10m ladders

Plattner when I left. They wanted to train me to be a pilot, but that life is shit for a married man.

     @VikingWays @sapphire @sickburnbro A harbor pilot controls the boat in dangerous local waters. The captain takes control when the harbor pilot exits the boat. There will also be a pilot on the boat to take the captain's place while he is sleeping. Every large vessel has a captain and pilot from towboats on up.

Every job that requires competence combined with detailed knowledge and experience.... those have been upgraded to FUCK YOU RACIST. You cannot claim that White Men are better able to do these jobs, therefore they were only hired in the first place because of "systemic racism".
     
     We all know this. This is why the collapse has already started. The people capable of doing things, like piloting a heavy cargo ship through a narrow channel in a busy harbor, are being replaced by incompetent diversity who cannot comprehend why the job exists in the first place, other than to pay White Men lots of money for being White.
     
     These problems will happen much more often, now.

With all that tonnage of vessels there been virtually no accidents due to bad piloting skills. There have a few mechanical reasons like loss of power, etc.
