    @jeffcliff @NaturalNews @HunDriverWidow @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @LaylaAlexandrovna there is zero evidence of viruses existing as described

    yes they have some genetic sequences in a computer and pictures from microscopes of cell debris

    however science tells us that viruses have never been shows in an experiment to cause any disease

      Okay, explain tobacco mosaic without violating the laws of thermodynamics. I can use a tiny bit of it to infect a plant, scrape the infected leaves, infect another plant, repeat 1,000,000x. Either it's a magical compound that can create more of itself and violate thermodynamics or it fits the FUNCTIONAL HEURISTIC definition of virus.

      @ankokukishi @HunDriverWidow @nosat @hittitezombie @gorskon @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna That doesn't address my point. Whether it's a virus or not doesn't matter. You scrape a leaf with it, scrape it into a fresh healthy plant, you get more of it. You can repeat this infinite times and create more of it. Scraping a leaf with a sterile needle will not cause the same issue. The isolated compound is either a virus, or something which behaves like a virus- a substance, smaller than a bacteria, that can multiply itself on a specific living host, with a predictable response. You can call it magic for all I care, or claim it's an exosomic excretion from the plant, but that doesn't matter since it still functions like a virus.

You can buy this yourself and do it to prove it wrong or right. I just want to know why alternative models don't explain the predictability and replicability. I see phrases like "toxins" thrown around a lot, which means literally nothing to me.

      @BowsacNoodle @HunDriverWidow @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna again, the experiment entailed instances where this "virus" was administered to some plants and nothing happened

      it was all dependent on the terrain of the plant, if the plant was in a healthy situation the contamination was ineffective

      you cannot call it a "virus" because "virus" has a specific imaginary definition, it's contamination at best

      @nosat @HunDriverWidow @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna I don't like when people choose their own lexicon to argue. You're making up a word game rather than dealing with the idea. Semantics don't mean an idea is correct.

      My explanation is that there is a thing that produces more things like it, that thing is not alive in the traditional sense, and it can be isolated. You choose to not believe this, despite it being testable and repeatable.

      the term "virus" also means nothing to me as one has never been shown to exists and cause any disease

      they ground up sick plants and made a toxic concentrated brew then damaged other plants and rubbed the substance on them, this does not prove any "virus"

      This is why I'm saying that we can treat it as a heuristic. Even if a "virus" isn't the cause, whatever sickness the plants have can be concentrated and put into other plants to cause the sickness. It might NOT be any sort of "virus", and it could just be sick plants spreading sickness. The outcome is the same, isn't it?

      @doctorsex @HunDriverWidow @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna Correct me if I'm wrong, @nosat , but I think it would be from introduction or accumulation of something that was harmful or toxic to many people, making the environment very bad for humans and causing the response. A genuinely interesting thing is the presence of comets before the plague, and historically comets were a bad omen. It's possible they brought something into the area that contributed to plague. There's also the an interesting thing about new illnesses corresponding with big technological changes. Major electrical infrastructure starts up in Europe in 1889 and The Russian Flu suddenly develops the same year. It can be both/and IMO, and disease could spread via germ theory even if it seemingly emerges because of environmental conditions. We have a ton of "viruses" in our genetic code that are sort of folded in, and who's to say they can't suddenly pop out from new stimuli.

      Interesting about the technology factor. I suppose it could be that major new technology would make us change our behavior. It's easy to see how airplane travel could enhance virus spread, maybe other less obvious technology could do the same and not be noticed. Gives one to think.

      @Quellek @HunDriverWidow @nosat @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna It does indeed. I am not opposed to a mix theory between terrain and germ, but some people see that as extremely taboo and simply shilling germ theory. I have had discussions with terrain theorists who posed the question of bacteria as a helpful response explaining their presence corresponding to specific infections, which I find convoluted.

      Bacteria supports germ theory because of pasteurization and its effects on the shelf life of beer and dairy. This doesn't mean that pasteurization doesn't cause other problems nor that there's no beneficial bacteria, and we we know both of those things are false. Nature is full of trade offs, and excessive sanitation itself is probably one of them, potentially contributing to autoimmune conditions. I simply think that something like a flesh eating bacteria being scraped and put into a healthy animal and causing similar symptoms and symptoms in both causes totally stopping from antibiotics is too important to throw out knowledge of EVEN IF cause and effect is reversed if some people believe.

      I'm talking about plants and TMV specifically. The means of spreading are in a lab with a tool as vector or in nature via an insect vector. Whatever the root cause, be it a toxic substance or a virus, it behaves like what we call a virus due to said vector. You can say there's no such thing as viruses while functionally agreeing with this point, and if you can't recognize that you're likely below 85 IQ.

      @BowsacNoodle @HunDriverWidow @hittitezombie @gorskon @ankokukishi @doctorsex @m0rglee @Gab_Refugee @WoodenDoorInspector @jeffcliff @LaylaAlexandrovna nope, in the lab they do things that never happen in real life to induce disease

      in real life there are healthy plants and sick plants, and many times they are right next to each other

      your mindset is based on simplistic thinking, since a bug goes from leaf to leaf so there must be a small bug going from leaf to leaf

      this is fallacious
