     Congratulations to your first broken bone! Hope you have a speedy recovery!

     My first broken bone was my small toe, after some spatially challenged person stomped on it on a dance floor.

     Second broken bone was a few years later one of my ribs, after a nosedive (literally) off my bike.

     @aral Broke my wrist a few years ago - my best advice is eat more protein and use the arm and shoulder as much as your cast allows, from as early as you possibly can.
