Would you consider paying a coach to improve your public speaking skills?

If so, what would you want to work on? Overcoming nervousness ? Speaking clearly? Keeping your audience interested? Something else?

Would you want to work one-on-one or in a group? A one off or series of sessions?

What seems a reasonable charge for a session? For a course of several sessions? For tailored coaching and rehearsing of a speech?

I’m not deliberately photographing cats on Ancient Greek ruins, it’s that they are car-free spaces, there’s often at least some shelter, humans stand around there - you find more feral cats, and bolder ones.

You know what I’d like, mastodon? I’d like to change how public a post is retroactively. I can edit the text, I want to edit the privacy settings too. This may be wildly difficult, I don’t speak the ones and zeros, but I wish it was a thing. #mastodon

When I left Facebook I lost a bunch of people who are never leaving Facebook. When I left WhatsApp I had to keep WhatsApp because of the many people who will never leave WhatsApp. When I left Twitter I lost almost everyone I knew on Twitter. Leaving Telegram means losing yet another set of people. I’m tired.

@tokyo_0 Thank you. Most of the clothes shops in this small town have closed, so cheap was out, but I found a good pair at Marks & Spencer and will be wearing them awhile

Left most of my warm weather clothes in Greece and northern England is having one of its rare humid heatwaves so off to town I go in a flowery dress (I very rarely wear dresses) to see if I can buy myself a pair of cheap shorts I don’t hate.
