That is not to say wealthy people are more virtuous because of being given more; we all know that's not true. Extreme wealth would ruin most people. The reason so many lottery winners go broke is not simply because "dumb people play the lottery", but because they aren't "psychically prepared" to have that monkey's paw. -

Bead (bead@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Saturday, 02-Sep-2023 06:51:14 JST Bead Nah, God wants me to have a 5'2" wife who grew up on a farm and wants to have as many children as physically possible. Everything else is nitpicking details. -

Bead (bead@nicecrew.digital)'s status on Saturday, 02-Sep-2023 06:55:18 JST Bead Less of a replacement, and more a return to tradition. If you asked some medieval serf what the gospel meant he would probably say having a good wife and tons of faithful children. -

Psalm 127
1Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain. 2It is vain for you to rise up early, To sit up late, To eat the bread of sorrows; For so He gives His beloved sleep.
3Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward. 4Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth. 5Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; They shall not be ashamed, But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.
