     "based tranny" would be a person who regrets it, and, rather than trying to end their own life, spends all of their energy and time becoming an outspoken anti-trans activist. This would make them, fundamentally, not a tranny but a eunuch. Tranny requires theatrics and endorsement of sexual depravity and fetishistic lifestyle behaviors.

Some are regretful former troons, and unlike the left, I believe those people deserve at least some chance of redemption. Doesn't mean they need to be let into leadership roles or be your best friend, but people who escape from death cults probably have something to offer in helping fight back against death cults.
