"based tranny" would be a person who regrets it, and, rather than trying to end their own life, spends all of their energy and time becoming an outspoken anti-trans activist. This would make them, fundamentally, not a tranny but a eunuch. Tranny requires theatrics and endorsement of sexual depravity and fetishistic lifestyle behaviors.
