     I will lay out my understanding of the situation as it stands right now and with limited word from Graf himself (which I don't believe is necessary for me to make a determination but I would prefer he comes out and publicly comments for other people's sake).
     
     Graf had a user on his website, users from KiwiFarms doxed this user and found that in 2011 he was convicted of Aggravated Statutory Rape, he was 24 at this time.
     
     They brought this up to Graf and he (at this point in time) did not remove him from his moderation team. At this time he was DMing the user on Poa.st, half of these logs are gone now as this account no longer exists.
     
     In these DMs it seems that the user told Graf that this was a misunderstanding and that he did not know her age at the time (I will go into this later). Graf apparently believes him and it seems (to me) that Graf wanted to wait for the situation to blow over.
     
     My determination on this matter came with the OP of this post actually and a clearer understanding of the situation based on three points of information:
     
     A) The user was CONVICTED of the accusations.
     B) Graf knew the exact charge he was convicted of.
     C) The legal definition of the charge
     
     The third point is the strongest factor in determining my judgement, Aggravated Statutory Rape is a specific charge where the defendant (male or female) engages in penetrative sex with someone of at least 13 but no older than 17, there MUST be a 10 year age gap for this charge to apply.
     
     We know the user was 24 when convicted, therefore we know the girl was either 13 or 14 when this event took place. Graf should have also known this.
     
     Based upon this information I am forced to conclude that either Graf knew EXACTLY what the user did and kept him on his site for a period after this information became public OR Graf was willfully ignorant of the definition of Aggravated user Rape and instead chose to believe whatever lies the user spun (and did as it is heavily implied from the conversation's context that he "did not know her age at the time")
     
     When they are 13/14 and you are 23/24 this excuse does not hold water.
     
     However, I am going to defend my actions in interacting with Graf up until this point, for one sole reason: At no point during all the times you had told me not to interact with Graf, called him a pedophile apologist or called Poast the "Poast Pedophile Network" did you provide any logs, screenshots, corroborating evidence or anything beyond an out of context post pinned to your timeline.
     
     It makes it very hard for people to take your side when you simply call them a bad person, do not give proper context for the situation and then continue to call them a bad person.
     
     I'm not being spiteful when I say this, nor do I mean any malice, I like you and am trying to provide my perspective as an outside party.
     
     TL;DR: I have looked into the situation, I have decided I, at this time, can not trust Graf as he is (I believe) either too ignorant / incompetent to be a staff leader or a legitimate pedophile apologist. (This is me giving him a HUGE benefit of the doubt).
     
     I will defend my actions of interacting with him up 'till now as I have only as of today looked into the situation surrounding these accusations.
     
     I am willing to answer any questions you may have in regards to this.
