     @Mrfunkedude #Today I did my longest bike ride since getting my #bike stolen/being mugged in January. I also managed to get back from #London to #Leeds on the train last night after spending a few days caring for my parents without crying.
     I am starting to feel a bit more stabilised and able to move forward.
     I was helped a lot by the virtual appointment with #Dementia UK Nurse this week - fantastic free service.
     Feeling grateful for the support and care I have been given by so many.

     @Mrfunkedude #Today I need to fight the party prep crowd at the grocery store to get a few things I need for the next 2 wks

     Then I will try to follow a game between Vancouver Whitecaps & St Louis City on Instagram. Preseason games aren't televised so it's a challenge to "watch" the game

     Finally, I will read a library book I picked up yesterday to read while the SuperBowl is dominating TV. As much as I like soccer, I dislike American football
