    @Mrfunkedude #Today I did my longest bike ride since getting my #bike stolen/being mugged in January. I also managed to get back from #London to #Leeds on the train last night after spending a few days caring for my parents without crying.
    I am starting to feel a bit more stabilised and able to move forward.
    I was helped a lot by the virtual appointment with #Dementia UK Nurse this week - fantastic free service.
    Feeling grateful for the support and care I have been given by so many.
