Saw someone using "spit in the face of God" as a transphobic slur. I now kind of want to reclaim this as a defiant expletive for use in difficult circumstances. I think in Spanish from Spain there is a similar spirited (but stronger) curse "to shit on God".

TIL (thankfully second hand) that running "systemd-tmpfiles --purge" will delete /home in systemd 256 [1]. Apparently if you think linux is mainly for running cloud services, this seems reasonable to you. Or something.

[1] tested with systemd-tmpfiles --dry-run --purge on debian. I guess it _could_ be a Debian addition, but I'm guessing not.

@liztai Thinking of going to #Busan this summer for a work-related conference. It's my first time in Korea, not sure if I can make time to visit #Seoul as well (other than the airport). It is tempting, but also a bit overwhelming.

@clacke My main interaction with "real" punks has been at a local animal shelter benefit, and my impression is that punks are also kind.
