It's never too early to start thinking about #FOSDEM! @bkuhn @karen @lexelas @richardfontana @tmarble and would like to submit a proposal for the "#Legal and #Policy Devroom" to @fosdem as soon as they open the CfP. Like last year we would like get feedback by you, our community:

* What topics would you like to see in our devroom (permitted that we would be accepted again)?

As soon more and more summer vacations for pupils start: why not gift a copy of "Ada & #Zangemann - A Tale of Software, Skateboards, and Rasberry Ice Cream" (6-106y) to children around you?

It is currently available from publishers in English, German, French, Italian, and Danish from book stores. (@fsfe volunteers are working on more languages.)

After previously pushing #Neo4j to correct their abuse of the #AGPL our sister organisation the @fsf now submitted an amicus brief to defend #softwarefreedom . The #GNU licenses were designed to empower users and it is important that we as #FreeSoftware community make sure this is understood.

@lxo @amszmidt @nparafe @fsfe @fsf @osi For me they are part of our movement for software freedom, when they share our values and by their actions, while they might still use other terms than I do.

But over the last two decades I have meet so many people who strongly believe in what you described for Free Software, while they called it Open Source. That was different in "the old days". So while I, and the @fsfe call what we are fighting for Free Software, or we talk about software freedom, others out there had the same believes, fought for the same topics, but called it Open Source.
