When I forget what I'm doing (which is often, especially when switching windows or tabs for cutting/pasting!) I go to a blank text file and just paste whatever is in the clipboard.

Yes, we need to do more to prevent COVID infections, but we also need research to find treatments for people already disabled by post viral illness, whether that's Long Covid, ME/CFS, or something else.
