@mcc i had to download an app to order a drink in a pub recently

i was told early on that blocking people or instances doesn't necessarily stop them seeing my posts, it just stops me seeing theirs. is that right?

if so - hypothetically - if someone had the right tools could they then collect data from millions of users who blocked them?
