If you've a hankering for some 90s-influenced rock, look no further than Swindon, England-based trio I See Orange (though the lead singer and bassist is from Mexico). Listening to them takes me back to 1994! Here's a video of their song "La Bruja."

I paged through the 2024 MM this morning. At a glance...

The things I liked: the art, more variety of high CR monsters.

Things I'm neutral about: The alphabetical organization

Things I dislike: Lore changes, type changes, alignment changes, elimination of lair actions.

I still can't believe they didn't include any rules on how to create new monsters in either the 2024 DMG or MM.

I'm going to be really sad that there's no more Skeleton Crew to watch next week. I didn't think they nailed the finale a 100% (it probably needed a bit more room to breathe IMO), but they really sold the kids on hoverbike adventure at its core. Jude Law, the kids, and their parents were great!

@artemis @bedirthan Losing 50% of your population in an instant should've caused a planetwide civilization collapse that would've killed millions more. That said, form what they alluded to, it doesn't sound like a pleasant time!

@artemis @bedirthan I kind of wonder if they had more plans for its aftermath, but then COVID happened, which not only upended their production and release schedules, but would also impact their appetite (as a major corporation) to explore the subject of a planetary disaster that killed millions. Apparently, The Falcon & the Winter Soldier had a biological terrorist attack plot that was scrapped due to the pandemic.
