So remember how I found out that I have high cholesterol (despite no family history of it) and pre-diabetes?
Well.
It turns out that Ritalin can raise your cholesterol levels, and affect your bloodsugar levels.

Wish my GP had warned me about this.

So I'm letting the rest of you #ADHD guys know, if you're on Ritalin, get your levels checked.

I'm so lucky that my new Dr decided to check as long as I was getting bloodwork done to check my Measles immunity or I wouldn't have known.

Went blackberries picking after work & got enough to make a pie!
But what about your pre-diabetes? You ask. I haven't seen the Nutritionist yet so this is my best guess. I'll go easy on the sugar, make a whole wheat bottom shell and make a whole wheat with oatmeal crumble top, & sprinkle in oatmeal and brown rice protein as thickener in the pie, have a glass of oatmilk w/it & have it after having chicken breast & zucchini from the garden for dinner first. I think that ought to mitigate it a bit.

@benroyce In CA, the cops have been instructed to not cooperate with ICE, because they're Federal, not State. If you see cops cooperating with ICE or doing ICE's job, get all the information you can and report them to the state AG. Also, there's a chance it may be a (non governmental) white supremacist group kidnapping someone.
