Justification:
It is against the Linked Data Principles.
If any value in the spec. is not marked "functional" assume, there _are_ multiple values.
It is the opposite of "Be liberal in what you expect and strict in what you send".
It means "freezing" the fediverse.

Data here is rather fake to show the use of multiple _different_ relations.
But any item like https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1055 would have lots of relations.

In a Profile, the URLs are shown close to the summary ("above the fold") while the "attachment" would just be the links in a box which the user has to click (similar to the "attachments" in eMail) ...

This whole H-1B visa kerfuffle shows one more important thing.

Namely, that the interests of a techie wage worker, even with their lofty salary, are way more closely aligned with other wage workers (yes, the so-called "blue-collar" labour, factory workers, etc) than with Musks and Bezoses of this world.

Both the techie and the factory worker are likely a small number of paychecks away from homelessness, for example. Both risk financial ruin if they lose their health benefits.

MAGA supporters are now having a "wait we thought we all agreed it's about racism and keeping these Black and Brown people out!" moment.

Perhaps some of them will figure out that it has always been the other way around – that racism has always been a tool to divide and conquer the working class so that it can be exploited by the obscenely rich.

I am not holding my breath though.

The problem for Musk with hiring Americans isn't that they're under-qualified, it's that they cannot be easily exploited.

Trump MAGA voters hoping that his administration would stop immigration and thus "make "more jobs available to US citizens are now learning the hard way that it was never about that.

It was never about availability of jobs. It was always about availability of exploitable labour.

An immigrant on an H-1B visa – or better yet an illegal one! – will accept way lower wages and way more abuse than a US citizen.

The money for those $50bln Tesla pay-offs to Musk need to come from somewhere, right?

At @librecast we believe that everyone needs to be able to participate. Which means that we need to access information, but also to be able to colaborate with others.

Many folks are locked out of community participation due to health and circumstances like poverty. This is why our internet communities ending up on places like Facebook is a danger.

@dixon I've never worked at CF specifically, but when I was in infosec 2001-2014 the industry was hit or miss on it. Earlier the tendency to rush was present, but either it wasn't as strong yet or else I wasn't as attuned to it yet.

The part of IBM I was in (ISS/X-Force, 2006-9 and 12-14) honestly was pretty okay on this particular point. And when I took a step away from corporate and worked at Emory University Libraries 2006-9 it felt pretty balanced. I wonder if any of those are still things.
