ihonestly thought bc the UX and software was different i had to signup via pixelfed to see their pixelfed.

wow! the UX is very confusing right now, but thanks for explaining that search feature. that makes fediverse a little more advanced than sites like facebook if you think about it that way. someone on instagram can't search and add someone via facebook. we can on fediverse! cool to know.

@darnell i think https://pixelfed.social/ has the most potential on fediverse, but the idea of everyone having their own IG instance just seems weird. I'll have to checkout Write Freely, I haven't yet. Thanks for sharing.
