@evan Just under 4km to the "mighty" Murrumbidgee River from here, though at this part of its course, it's not much to see.

1. Murrumbidgee River at Point Hut Crossing - A low bridge stands less than a meter above an older causeway over which the river flows. The river is roughly 30 metres wide. Tall grass grows down into the shallow water, and gum trees can be seen in the distance.

@evan Depends on exact nuance of meaning. Everyone should have access to the resources needed to learn to program, and resources needed to utilise those skills. I don't think everyone needs to take advantage of those resources, but they should have access to them. This is why I'm a promoter of foss.
