It's a gloomy day #today. Sunless and overcast though warm at about 60deg. It was supposed to rain pretty much all day, but most of it rolled across the state south of us, so at least we have been spared that. ??

Been sitting here, digesting our big hearty breakfast and thinking of what's next. Cooked her favorite blueberry pancakes with sausage paddies and eggs again this morning. ??

Not much on TV and not really into just sitting n listening to some music right now. ? But I am reminded that I still have the "Heros" series on DVD that I bought awhile ago. Well over a year ago actually and thinking it's about time to open em up and spending #myday viewing some of that might be nice.?

Then again, it's still early yet. So guess I'll just sit n sip my coffee,☕️ digest this belly full of happiness? and ponder on it all a bit longer...

It's been a pretty good day so far #today. ?Just been chilling out and watching a few of our favorite Bruce Willis movies: "Red" and "Red 2".

Had the leftover Cornbeef n fixings for lunch. Then, a nice Cornbeef sandwich for a nice afternoon snack with the movies.?

Next up is a couple more Tylenol, a short nap and then, some thoughts of what's for dinner. ??

@kirstenhands @Mrfunkedude on dark n dreary days, getting the coffee brewed can be a major accomplishment. So when the mood to "rise n shine" eventually hits ya, do enjoy your lovely, soothing and comforting cup of coffee. ☕️??

Seems #myday #today is not progressing as nicely as I hoped. Got the word. " Not gonna be any kissin n coddlin on no comfy couch til ya get your chores done" So been concentrating on them and dreaming of the "kissin n cuddlin" yet to come, some time this afternoon, I'm guessing ?.

Hey, who knows where it all could lead. Base making? Making out like a couple teenagers? Maybe a little wine or champagne to encourage things along???

But then I'm reminded how old I really am. Be still my old thumping heart. Ah, the good ol days when all that was possible...?

I DO follow a few who seem "kindred spirits" in this vast fediverve, but mostly just toot my toots and interact with the interesting toots of others, both on my own little "home feed" but just as likely on the local n federated feed.

My lovely n thoughtful wife must be feeling sorry ( and thankful) that I was the one up in the middle of the night taking care of our little visitor. She has relieved me of the task and took it upon herself to prepare our Sunday Hearty breakfast this morning. ?

So I get to continue waking up and catching up on my sitting n sipping here by my window and await breakfast to be served.??

This day #today is just looking better n better...?

Off to a slow n lazy start to #myday #today. Got up n moving on time n all, but not feeling much like doing anything other than my sitting n sipping ☕️ yet. Of course, it being "Tub n Toilet Tuesday" and facing all that entails kinda dampens things some too.?

Gonna be another nice n warm day here. Lookin at Temps around 70 today.?? Got out to the front porch a few times yesterday to sit n soak in the sun for a bit. Guess that is definitely on the menu today, for sure.?

Noticed too, that the first signs of spring are arriving. The brown lawn of the hibernating grass is slowly awakening and turning green already. Got mixed feelings about that. It's great that it's a sign of better weather ahead but also the coming mowing n pruning n raking n all, to keep it all from growing too wild n such. No buds on the trees or anything yet of course. Too early for all that. But the greening of the lawn is nice n heartening to see.?

@georgetakei you are so talented. Not only on stage n screen. But you can actually pilot as STARSHIP!! AWESOME!!
