Currently sitting on a yoga ball in a yurt ‘cause I didn’t grab my umbrella and I can think of no better way to spend a middle age bday. @Mrfunkedude I even changed time zones in a positive direction this weekend and I’m all upside down, and my eyes are all swollen…. I’m blaming the time change not all the Trader Joes candy.

@Mrfunkedude #today queued up a playlist from a genre I was not heavily into. Listening to the bands I’ve never heard before. Discovered a band that I really love. Crazy thing - spent 20 years in a Christian cult where we weren’t allowed to listen to secular music. There is a whole world out there I’ve been immersing myself in for the past 10 years since I left it. Unfortunately, means many bands I get turned on to are no longer together and I do LOVE live music. Not going to hell!

@Mrfunkedude #today, got out of bed and made coffee. Looked in the mirror at the mess. Threw on some PJ Harvey and crawled back into bed. Stretch out across the Egyptian cotton. Beautiful Feeling. Grey clouds and dark sky, I'll take it moment by moment.
