I agree. It seems to me that the State is going to hard collapse anyway. So preparing for building new voluntary and much smaller structures is my personal aim.

While I don't think either party has the interests of the common person, I also don't think they are puppetted by the same oligarchs either. Trump is a mini-oligarch in his own right and the oligarchy in general is not monolithic. Also they are all fairly stupid, thinking they can bring about the changes they like with the power of the State.

Anarchism occurs all the time in our daily lives -- it's appropriate to say that without it, society would collapse as it is the basis of the vast majority of transactions between people. Insert a ruler into too many transactions and the burden breaks the economy.

Further along that thought, as there are always going to be complainers, perhaps there is a way to introduce "instance blocklists" that individual users can simply subscribe to (or not) when they join.

Then no reason for anyone to whine about fascist instances or whatever as they can simply block them on their own.

The fedi should support independence, not dependencies on authority.

Don't allow my poll to give the false impression that I'm a supporter in any political way ... I merely support the comedic elements of politics and I think Trump is the best clown nearest the stage ... so naturally, I'd like to see him on it. It matters as it frightens people and institutions away from what are better forms of sound money.

Consequently humanity remains trapped in the fiat apocalypse.

The economy is us ... so if people are still in fiat as it all comes down, those relationships will be broken and then all of humanity suffers, no matter if they hold sound money or not.

Just my speculation, but I think if there are enough various tokens - btc, eth, etc ... then the amount of $$ able to manipulate them will be diluted. So longer term, the ability to suppress markets in this manner should continue to decline ... not even considering the prospects for hyperinflation of various fiat currencies.
