   Why does the left not follow Joe on Twitter to the same extent as the right follows Trump?

   IMO, they simply don't care - or more correctly, THEY WEREN'T TOLD TO FOLLOW JOE.

   They only listen to what their masters in the oligarch-owned media say and they OBEY; oblivious to all else politically.

     But the one difference between Trump and Brandan is that Trump has the ability to speak without a teleprompter, while Brandan can't even speak with one in front of his face.

     And if there was an action, it was always something planned long ago.
     
     "But Trump promised a wall and he delivered!"
     Bush and Obama both talked about the wall way before Trump showed up.
     
     It's how it works in all countries; a 1 party state has a DICKtatorship, a 2 party state has a rotating DICKtatorship (rotating between the 2 parties to keep the illusion of choice going), and in a multi party state there's always "the big few" and "all the tiny/independent ones", the big few are all part of the same club, and will always win, whereas the independent ones never win, or might maybe get 1 or 2 seats just to make stuff appear at least a bit legit, but will be treated like that autist in the corner talking shit.
     
     And this is exactly why I believe we just can't fix the system from within the system, it must be done outside of it.

     While I don't think either party has the interests of the common person, I also don't think they are puppetted by the same oligarchs either. Trump is a mini-oligarch in his own right and the oligarchy in general is not monolithic. Also they are all fairly stupid, thinking they can bring about the changes they like with the power of the State.

     I agree. It seems to me that the State is going to hard collapse anyway. So preparing for building new voluntary and much smaller structures is my personal aim.
