The failed logics of an #armsrace mean that whoever buys a small #car is seen as either suicidal or irresponsible if children are meant to be transported as well.
States should tax the crap out of XL size and overweight cars so it gets painfully expensive to actually ride those contraptions. And cars should not be allowed to be bigger than existing parking spots and lanes.
#Roadspace needs to be shared, not hogged by those with the biggest cars. Pretty simple, actually.

Absolutely. Japan does it right with Kei cars. When roadspace is limited, nobody is entitled to use as much as he or she likes. -

Why I cannot respect the #carindustry? Because these utter morons keep launching private tanks like #Mercedes's GLS Maybach.
Get that crap off the roads - and any other XXL SUVs and pick-ups with it. This is an ongoing #armsrace that causes casualties with cyclists and pedestrians.
