@Moon i think he's mostly right. The value of work is so detached from the value of its rewards that as many jobs are ridiculously overvalued as are ridiculously undervalued.

However, the problem is mostly people like Tim Gurner, Tim Geithner, and probably a lot of other Tims who are the primary source of arrogance in all markets.
