@SirRichard No. Especially after listening to Sunday's show and Adam's reasoning. He's gone brand safe because of his political ambitions, I guess. He's happy to 'hang' on the new instance because it has no mention of the show; kind of like letting your daughter marry the black guy as long as they never show their faces during inportant family events. I'm hoping @PhoneBoy can help me figure an instance to join, where I may still follow folks from here. Fuck the Mayor.

So I was watching Indianapolis Jones and the Dial of Dentistry the other night, and I had to ask, how and when does a winning formula become formulaic?

@Sophistifunk No. It has some bearing on how the preoperty taxes are based, and is a measure for the market and the bankers to determine loan value and such. The current assessed value is about $60-70K less than market value.

Stupid BC housing assessments are out. My place, according to them, went down $40K in value over the previous year. Fine by me, sonsidering they felt it went up $300K the year before.
