They've signed a 1 year lease, so I can't unload them, so I've got to thinking about getting night vision goggles so they can't see the light.

I've been on a bread kick this week. Here's my latest loaf. It's still crackling away. It's 75% bread flour/25% AP. And now we're out of bread flour. And all of our flour is organic. and small batch. Artisanal to be sure.

That's enough bread for a week or two. It may take my guts that long to recover.
