     I really wish Canuck truckers doubled down and just started openly robbing banks with American guns over having their accounts frozen politically. They had just cause to do exactly that.

     Actually, it would have. They don’t have the manpower to suppress open mass violence. No, actually. Modern civilian police forces only have the capacity to keep a lid on small spurts of violence, like less than 1% of the population committing crimes. Military police can’t do much better. You get a rowdy population and the only options are negotiate and adopt a “let god sort ‘em out” extermination policy. And even now, with all the evil brainwashing they put in place, they don’t have the political clout to do the latter.

     They couldn't even put together a cash network to maintain the momentum -- another amazing feat of organizing.

     All the world saw is what it takes to break a trucker strike in the end, as inspiring as it might have been in the beginning.

     Most people don't know it inspired copycat strikes in other countries. Success!

     At some point, all you're left with for resisting is yourself. Gandhi was famous for working with that. They had lots of fun getting beaten and shot in the name of freedom en masse.

     It’s also correct to construe efforts at disarmament as homicidal intent. It’s kind of a common sense thing. Imagine if someone rolled up on you and was like, “Give us your weapons.”

     There are plenty of solutions to government overreach that don’t involve armed revolution. Trucker strikes seem like one such solution. But after a point, enforcement action is necessary. Political theft on a mass scale is one such scenario.

     That’s fair and all, I just think “this isn’t Facebook, you can’t just ban me from my own money” is a perfectly reasonable hill to make other people die on. Like I said, it’s not theft if it’s yours and it’s not murder if it’s self-defense. Stopping someone from robbing you is a textbook self-defense scenario and power distance games with a ban button at the backend and a polite teller at the frontend doesn’t diminish that.

     Just pull the trigger until the problem goes away or you’re dead. If you meet God with your guns still smoking you’re going to be praised for it.

     The response was debanking.

     So figure out what you want, and what it's worth. if it's liberty, the price is much, much higher. if its an adjustment to the rules, you just need more leverage (money) than the guy who paid for the thing that sucks.

     Pfizer's hard to out-spend, that's all.

     The issue is fundamentally morale. Tiny segments of the population can way disproportionately impact outcomes if they are moralized; that is, if they think their way is the right way, they can do whatever it is they have to do to get it, and any punishments levied against them for trying are invalid and to be resisted. It’s how jews exert so much influence in spite of being about 2% of the American population. It’s through combining a disgusting degree of clannishness with total moralization. Without both of these factors they’d just be a bullied minority like anybody else.

     Regardless, it's probably worth getting my kids Romanian passports through my wife, so that they can bail to a country where everything is legal (so long as you have a bribe) if the need ever arises.
