    Someone today gave me the fantastic idea of copying the job posting and then pasting it into my resume in white 1pt font so their system flags it as good. Since no one actually reads resumes their systems just look for keywords.

    @IAMAL_PHARIUS You know my brother and I both majored in Behavioral Sciences (kill me please), and the program had a heavy stats focus. We both got near perfect scores in the class and I found it very very easy despite not being the best at math and expecting it to be quite difficult. But I swear none of the women got it AT ALL. Like the simplest analyses. Women are good with basic arithmetic and pick it up earlier than boys do but I think stats is a level too abstract for most of them.

    There's some kind of American gayop going on in Uruguay right now.
