Not much point in going into detail here, but Hamas is indeed the civil government in Gaza, which means its employees include civilians, civil defence workers, and medical staff, none of whom are legitimate or legal military targets

@icedquinn@blob.cat the problem with prison architect is that introversion made a complete game before handing it over, and that doesn't work well with the paradox model of assembling a complete game from DLC. So, the only option they have for trying to realise that model with prison architect without gutting the game (which would be too blatant) is making another one

@Moon@shitposter.club the track limits your ability to divert a train to avoid congestion or incidents, the low rolling resistance means that you can't stop a train in a short distance and need significant separation between trains, usually achieved by absolute block (i.e. one train per signalling block) operation, which significantly increases the delay which can be caused by reactive delays, congestion etc, which can all be the result of other problems.
