    No, nothing that high IQ. Just the same 5 strategies since floor 6.

    -Toxic/Protect
    -Thunderwave/confusion
    -Protect/Rest
    -Sand attack/double team
    -Protect/Gigadrain

    And throw in a leftovers, brightpowder, focus band, or sitrus berry on every Pokemon. There's no legendary Pokemon but other than that everything that learns those moves is valid. Fire type? Toxic. Grass? Careful, could be toxic or gigadrain. Flying? Toxic or evasion.

    I don't know how useful it would really be. Catching Pokemon is a big drain on resources since it requires you to heal yourself and the Pokemon you just caught. Storing extra Pokemon won't help you because after a couple floors they'll be under level. You could trade them later for a higher level, healthy Pokemon, but around floor 8ish the NPCs start using minimum level requirements and all those extra early catches will be useless.

    Yeah, I've noticed. Also some hold items would be nice. I was wondering if they might just randomly just show up on the upper layers. I'm still holding out for that 1% kings rock from pickup. 🙏🏻

    Also if there was a PC you could still catch and trade after you had 6 Pokemon.

    Trainers have mixed strategy teams now and their hint only applies to their first Pokemon. It's really bad when the second Pokemon is Toxic/Protect. Literally every Pokemon can learn those moves. :bocchi_breakdown:

    Yup. Meowth loses it when he evolves at 28 but it was pretty helpful for funding the grind to level 20 for payday. Zigzagoon is pretty sucky aside from the occasional item he gives so I'm going to stop training him. Pickup was nice early on but it's not that useful anymore.

    It's evil. You need a poison or steel type to deal with the toxic users and an electric to tank thunderwave or your cash will be eaten alive by full heals. And they spam protect to waste all your moves. :pepeDread:

    The grind continues. Floor 8 now. Shop prices are increasing and new trainer strategies are appearing. This guy uses sand attack and double team and I'm pretty sure he's got bright powder on his Pokemon too.
