I had one outlet that turned out to be completely worn out. So when I went to replace it, it was also wired up through those back connections, and THOSE were all loose.

It took my UPS complaining of a wiring fault to get me to do the right thing.

Forever, when you bought a Cisco switch, it came with all ports you bought enabled. It came with software that you didn't have to enable license features on to get basic functionality.

Then the ASR920 darkened my doorstep.

Half the switch and ALL of its uplinks were paywalled. I had to PAY EXTRA to use fiber to even get the thing on the network.

@tk file xfer over LAN is way harder than it needs to be, especially when a mobile device is used
