I wonder how big #mastodon would be if it had the same number of bots as bluesky?

@chris i guess the hardest question to answer if how to inform the rest of the fediverse your account has moved. the only way I know is the move account tools in the mastodon app.

@sun idk you're describing problems I've not seen but sounds like this plan just get rid of the good stuff.

@feld everything you have outlined are often part of DEI initiatives. So that's part of why I'm unclear what the OG post even means.

@sun that's what every hiring I've been part of has done and it disproportionately hires white men because they are the ones the hiring managers find first.

@feld usually, in places I have worked, the non white men barely even find out about the role before it's filled.

What does this even mean? Like if you have a meeting or just hiring non-white men?
