Everyone struggles, and it’s totally fine to take refresher courses too. I recommend trying and if you won’t be able to get in, maybe they have a bridging program or something to fill the gaps. 1. got a CT scan done which sucked

@kaia I was thinking of doing a statistical analysis for fun but just looking at the data already reveals the trend. I might do a couple of tests for fun though (I love statistics lol).

@kaia I am currently trying the Flow Neuroscience headset. I was told by a psychiatrist that it would be the same as going for tDCS in a clinic, but the monthly rent costs as much as one visit so I decided to try at home, especially as it’s approved as a medical device in Europe.

Yes, it’s my first-hand experience, I record all of my symptoms and medications and can see significant improvement each week since using tDCS. I’ve been on Elvanse since January (with some tolerance breaks).

@kaia Have you heard of tDCS for ADHD? It seems like in combination with Elvanse (lisdex AKA Vyvanse), tDCS has been very effective in reducing depression that’s comorbid with ADHD and increasing self-regulation, without upping the dose of Elvanse. It’s been a significant change

I forgot my tDCS device at home 💀 but it’s ok i’ll get to do it tomorrow
