Hier zijn voornamelijk wettelijk bepalingen voor, een gemeente kán hier wel (binnen bepaalde kaders) extra beperkingen in opleggen en de manier om te achterhalen of je je huis mag verbouwen is inderdaad een vraag die je aan je gemeente in eerste instantie stelt, máár de gemeente bepaald dit niet op een individueel niveau.

Dus mijn conclusie is dat het antwoord A is, want daar kan ik geen kanttekeningen bij bedenken :akkothink:
