    Apparently theres no good archive of old netbeans, so this was hell to find

    This copy of netbeans 4.1 was only found on some romainian shareware cd with java 1.5 update 06

    But java 1.5.0 update 06 doesnt run on nt4, only update 05 and below do, couldnt find a copy of that to save my life (and oracle has them password locked, grumble) so this is some eandom 1.5 build from another old cd instead
