@fesshole I had this in college. Only out of a group of 5, me and one other was doing the work.

Rubric stated the final exam was not needed if the whole project was submitted and you got at least a C. If your portion was done but not the whole you would need the exam. Only the final exam was two days before the project was due.

Emailed the teacher and the one other student my portion. Took and aced the test. Got a decent grade for my portion of the project. The other three failed.
