Does anyone here know how to report a #Facebook account for ban evasion?

Asking because a violent transphobe got banned and started a new account.

@k This guy eventually got his account banned, so there seems to be a glimmer of hope.

The thing is they don't have a text field for clarification in their reporting flow anymore.
