I mean, what the fuck is this. I just bought this RAM kit. It says 5600 on the box. It has a factory XMP profile for 5600 and 5200 and 4800. No actual overclocking is going on.

And that's almost every kit I bought for the last two years.

SSD failure rate sprung up as well.

I also don't need to remind you of CPUs frying themselves or getting literally oxidated or whatever.

We appear to be having a big quality crisis in computer hardware industry. I noticed that all new hardware sucks one way or another, and it's all about compromise or specialization.
