@sand I used to do a podcast with a Canadian friend about photography and one episode the topic came up where the phrase "going out shooting" has a different meaning for Canadians as it does for Americans. I have to specify it's with a camera and he doesn't. 🤣

I know this opinion won't change anybody's mind, but I want to go on the record and say "Fuck Facebook/Meta and I hope they take a long walk off a short pier".

They're definitely in my Top 10 list of most hated companies in the world and I hope some government not in their pocket steps in to dismantle them one day.

@tokyo_0 you're welcome to boost anything I say, it's all public and I'm big on sharing and transparency.

I don't know why the insurance companies have that stance because the way the panels are installed actually reinforces the roof and reduces the damage from wind and water.

You do have to pay the power company even if disconnected but you have an account. You can cancel your account but then you cannot sell back extra power or use the grid if your solar is broken. Monthly fee is $30 + taxes
