@aral @seindal I have been told [Your Country] are good when it comes to these issues. If they refuse to deliver you could contact the them and say that it was sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) and that they should read the invoice. I think I am about to call the courier today about this issue...

@seindal @aral Hi René, we have already paid the taxes due on our shipments, I have been told the issue is someone at the courier not reading our invoice saying that taxes have been paid. I was told by Sean that you MUST NOT PAY THE TAXES, because you will basically never get that back from the gov. I hope this has cleared this up. This is the first time I have encountered this since joining and it's unacceptable. I am looking at options to make sure this doesn't happen anymore.

@aral @seindal Hi Aral, We have paid the duties and taxes. I have been told by Sean that you MUST NOT PAY THE TAXES BECAUSE YOU WONT GET THAT BACK. FROM THE GOV. The problem is someone at the courier hasn't read that we have already payed the taxes.
I truly hope this message has got to you in time! I am looking for ways to make it obvious to customs officials that our shipments have already had their taxes paid so this doesn't happen in the future.
