@GreenFire @HistoPol @mbpaz Cumulatively the EU has a pretty good sized fleet. Russia's surface fleet is big but pretty decrepit. Not so their sub fleet, however.

Nuclear warhead triggers are extremely expensive and difficult to maintain even under ideal circumstances. I certainly don't think we'd want to find out the hard way, but tritium doesn't grow on trees.

@WarnerCrocker Well, when you hire people who don't understand the basic principles of journalism, it's all part of the same thing. Corporate controls the narrative, and the 'reporters' follow corporate's orders. This is what they were hired to do. It's one of the reasons I left the field.
