Hey @osi just wanted to let you know (hopefully this works?) that the links to the mailing list on https://opensource.org/meeting-minutes/minutes2017springf2f are broken; they link to https://lists.opensource.org/pipermail/license-review/2017-March/003005.html, but the correct link is http://lists.opensource.org/pipermail/license-review_lists.opensource.org/2017-March/003005.html (there are a few other links that are incorrect in the same way)

@mcc what about my deeply held belief that residents (both documented and undocumented) have far more of an argument that they should be allowed to vote than non-resident citizens.
