We still have two Meta accounts, but my focus is on the #fediverse

@muz4now yes, i've noticed that it's better to focus on one or a few networks, then a bit on all.
Besides that, every platform has its flavour.. some suit you better then others.

Bluesky is also a closed platform, right? They use (a kind of) activity pub, but are not (entirely) connected to the #fediverse ?

Offline discovering new music would be within the parents scope.. depending on whatever they offer (CD's, cassettes or records), like it always was. Or by radio..

My son has been talking about Rick Ashley lately... because he's mentioned in YouTube clips a lot 😆

I'm not convinced the picture is as bleak as the article makes it. It's up to the parents imo, and not entirely tech related.
