I just ran my first 10 km after my injury! Wow that feels good. It finally feels like I'm through it and can start enjoying myself again. I've got a ways to go before I'm at the level I was at beforehand, but getting there will be a joy, I can just feel it. I'm elated!

It's been 4 long months, but I finally had a (very) short run today. So my limitation right now is 1-2 km at a time, and I can increase that by 1 km per week for now. So of course I ran 2 km today.
It went okay; my knee did feel stiff for the duration and I was pretty slow because of that, but I don't feel any worse off now which is a very good thing.
I see my PT again in a month so by then I should be up to 6 km.
